CLASSES: (dependent on sufficient enrollment in each class)
High School Algebra 1
High School Geometry
High School World History

June 10 to July 12, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 12:00 pm (except June 19 and July 4)
The five-week classes are the equivalent of a regular high school year long course, will count toward high school credits, and will affect the high school GPA.

The Algebra 1 class is only offered for students who need to repeat Algebra 1.  Students with a previous grade of  D or F will have their lower grade replaced by the higher.  Students who are repeating the class for review, who earned a C- or higher previously, will not have their grade changed. Students may not take Algebra 1 for the first time in summer school.

Geometry and World History are offered for students who need to repeat the class or who want to advance a year. Students repeating the class to replace a D or F will have their lower grade replaced by the higher. Students wanting to advance a year by taking Geometry need to have completed Algebra 1 with an A or B and be recommended by their current math teacher. Students completing Geometry in summer school will advance either to Advanced Algebra 2 or Honors Algebra 2 next school year.

Registration closes May 31, 2024.

Acceptance is contingent upon academic need and made on a first-come, first-served basis.

A maximum of 3 absences are allowed for credit to be received
